What to do, if I have credited money to another account by mistake?

  • If by paying in cash your payment sum made not more than 100 roubles, and the mobile number inserted by mistake exists and belongs to SIM SIM – for money refund please deal the number 7060
  • If by paying in cash your payment sum made more than 100 roubles, and the mobile number inserted by mistake exists and belongs to SIM SIM – for money refund – please refer to the SIM SIM Head Office. You will need your passport and payment receipt for filing of an application.
  • Only the sum unspent will be transferred back from the wrong number.

In case of a call to the CALL CENTER, please make sure that:

  • It has been not more that 3 days from the moment of making a false payment
  • You know the exact time of recharging of the balance (indicated in the payment receipt)

If the wrong number does not belong to SIMSIM, it is recommended to apply to the payment system, where through the payment was made. Support Service Numbers of the payment systems can be found at the web-portal.

I have topped up the balance through a payment terminal. Why don’t I get money at my balance?

Please check the correctness of the mobile number in the payment receipt. Make sure that you have used an appropriate payment terminal. If the number was entered correctly, and it has been more than 24 hours from the moment of payment – please apply to the Support Service of the payment system (its phone number is to be indicated in the payment receipt) or deal the Support Service by the number 0760.

Please note that the regulated maximum term of payment crediting and of most of the payment systems is 24 hours.

Important: Replenishment of balance is carried out by a choice of Sim Sim mobile network operator.

Internet settings.

You need to create an access point. With the Android OS devices pass into the
Menu -> Settings -> Mobile network. Next make sure that the data transmission has been enabled. Pass into the Access Point (APN) menu. Type “simsim” in the title, write down in the type (APN) one of the three options:

  • dun,default,supl;
  • default,supl;
  • default,supl,internet.
Than save the created access point and reboot the mobile device.

Why for my conversation it has been charged off more money than stated in the advertisement?

Please refer attentively to the call cost in the “Tariffs and Options” section. Most likely, the services price for period of a promotional offer or for special call directions in the advertisement.

What services can I connect to call at less cost within Moscow?

You can connect an option “SIM SIM START”. At nominal charge, you will get 50 minutes per 24 hours for calls to SIM SIM subscribers within Moscow and Moscow region. For connection please deal the command *103*201# .

The offer is provided only for calls from Moscow and Moscow region.

Payment for the first connection of this option is not charged.

The subscriber fee is charged off once a day.

Which Internet package to chose?

It depends on how often you plan to use the Internet with your mobile device.

  • In you need the Internet in your mobile device only for communication in social networks, connect the option “Internet-mini” (50 Mb with unlimited speed). For connection please deal the command *103*102#
  • If you need the mobile Internet for using the e-mail, browsing the web-sites and social networks, the option “Internet and SMS” (1.5 GB with unlimited speed) will suit you. For connection please deal the command *103*401#
  • If you are an active user of the Internet, if you watch online videos or keep a blog, the option “Internet Optimal” (5 GB with unlimited speed) will suit you. For connection please deal the command *103*104#
